I certainly have been disappointed in kay Hagan, but I really believe she has a much better chance albeit still slim to beat Dole. Neal is new to the state and I just don't think voters will accept someone who just moved back here recently as their Senator. Voters in NC appear to like long-time residents. I'm a few days late on this but Daily Kos recently commissioned a poll from Research 2000 on the North Carolina Senate race that showed some pretty startling results. kay Hagan's favorable/unfavorable is 44/25.
